Let's Begin With a Conversation
You do not need to have everything organized before reaching out.
Individual therapy is $200 for a 50-minute session. My weekly, in-person grief groups are $60 per 90-minute session. I also offer a complimentary 20-minute phone consultation so we can discuss what you are looking for and whether my approach feels like a good fit.
I work with adults 18 and older, in person in Westlake Village and virtually throughout California. Both grief groups meet in Westlake Village.
My practice is private pay. I do not accept or bill insurance. We will review fees and payment arrangements before beginning services.
How to Reach Out
To get started, email hello@brandilozano.com with your name, the service you are interested in, and a brief description of what you would like support with. Please include your general availability and whether you prefer in-person or online sessions. You do not need to share detailed personal history in your initial message. I typically respond within one to two business days.

After You Reach Out
During our consultation, you can ask questions about my approach, scheduling, and what working together might involve. There is no obligation to begin therapy. For grief groups, we will arrange a screening conversation to discuss your needs, expectations, and fit with the group.
If we decide to move forward, I will explain the intake process and arrange your first appointment.
For individual sessions, cancellations with fewer than 48 hours' notice may be charged the full session fee. Group attendance and payment policies will be reviewed before enrollment.
